We write estimates free of charge weekdays from 7am to 4:30pm and treat them on a first-come, first server basis. We have two estimators on-site during business hours so generally there isn’t much of a wait.

No. Auto City Collision Repair Center will do an estimate and submit it to the insurance company. We will work closely with the insurance company appraiser on your behalf to inspect all visible and hidden damages to insure your vehicle repairs are performed correctly.
Auto City Collision Repair Center has great relationships with national insurers, and we'll stay in contact with your insurance company throughout the repair process. We are a preferred vendor for many insurance companies. This means we meet your insurer's standards for quality, price and service.
Some estimates are just what they are called-estimates. The insurance company will write what is visible. If there are any additional damages the insurance company missed, we will need a supplement and we will call the insurance company for approval.
Every repair is different and the length of time for the repairs will be determined once an estimate has been written. This may change once the repairs have begun due to hidden damage, parts delays, insurance approvals, etc. Our staff will advise you of any delays immediately and give you a new completion date. Yes! We repair vehicles according to the manufacturer's specifications.
When you purchased your policy, you chose a deductible for your physical damage coverage. This is the amount you are responsible for if a claim occurs. If you have a higher deductible, the cost of your physical damage coverage will be lower. Your insurer will deduct the amount from the settlement of your claim.
Yes, we can. We know a collision is traumatic and disruptive. Let us take care of finding you a rental so you can get back home or back to work.
Now would be an excellent time to have any additional repairs done to your car. When you have additional work done, this eliminates the need to be without your car again in the future. Additional repairs often cost less since we may already be doing paintwork or disassembly in the same area. Paintless Dent Repair, spot blending, glass work, and repairs of other non-accident related damages can be done on a separate bill from the insurance claim and at the same time as the collision work saving you time and money!
We recommend not waxing or polishing your vehicle for 90 days to allow the finish to breathe and cure.
